The 212th Attack Battalion was sent to Juma-9 and stationed there for a brief time. Along with the remainder of Torrent Company, the 212th was able to defeat the droid forces of Asajj Ventress. In the Battle of Teth, the battalion went with Kenobi to aid Anakin Skywalker. During the Separatist counter attack, the 212th Battalion, along with Torrent Company, helped beat back Y66 Division. However, the traitor turned out to be sergeant Slick himself. Rex and Cody questioned many troops within Sergeant Slick's platoon, including Sketch, Gus, Punch, Chopper and Jester. The 212th would be deployed to Anaxes and Utapau in the last months of the war, and was also involved in numerous special operations missions. The battalion fought on a multitude of worlds throughout the Clone Wars, including early campaigns on Christophsis, Teth, Ryloth, Saleucami and Geonosis, to latter battles on Kiros, Sarrish, Moorjhone and Umbara. A commando group was attached to it during the Battle of Sarrish.
Part of the 7th Sky Corps of the Third Systems Army, it consisted of both standard infantry and clone paratroopers. The 212th Attack Battalion was a famed unit in the Grand Army of the Republic led by Commander Cody and Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi.
